By downloading, installing, or using Ekho VPN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Description of service
Ekho VPN provides a virtual private network service for iOS and Android devices. The service encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers to improve your privacy online.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Ekho VPN only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to conduct illegal activity, circumvent security measures, launch attacks on other systems, distribute malware, engage in spam, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and billing
Free accounts are provided at no charge. Paid subscriptions are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or make infrastructure changes that temporarily affect service availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ekho VPN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
